Applications

Pre-Service

  1. Public facing Application page that collects applications for multiple operating sites, and then sorts them for delivery to the appropriate staff.
  2. The back end system allows both central office staff, and site-based staff to review applicants and make joint decisions on whether to accept an applicant.
  3. Once an applicant is accepted, the AmeriCorps Portal sends out an Offer Letter to begin the onboarding process.
  4. Tracks the onboarding process and alerts the Site once an applicant is ready to start.
